Designed for compressed air systems, this integrated timer-controlled drain valve automates the periodic discharge of condensate, efficiently handling up to 16 Bar to protect air tanks and dryers from internal corrosion.
1. Fully Programmable Timer: Features an adjustable electronic timer that allows precise setting of drain time (ON) and interval time (OFF), ensuring "set-and-forget" automation for any air system.
2. 0-16 Bar High-Pressure Operation: The robust direct-acting valve mechanism operates reliably from 0 Bar and effortlessly withstands high system pressures up to 16 Bar, ideal for heavy-duty industrial compressors.
3. Normally Closed (NC) Safety Design: Automatically closes when de-energized, preventing continuous air loss and maintaining system pressure during power outages.
4. Compact DN15 (1/2") Integration: Engineered with standard G, BSPP, or NPT threads, this compact DN15 unit allows for quick, space-saving installation directly onto drip legs, filter bowls, and receiver bottoms.
5. Universal Electrical Compatibility: Equipped with a standard DIN electrical connector and available in AC/DC 12V, 24V, 110V, and 220V, matching any existing control panel voltage.
