1. Certified Explosion-Proof Coil: Equipped with a hermetically sealed Exd flameproof enclosure, effectively preventing internal sparks from igniting external hazardous atmospheres. Ideal for Zone 1 and Zone 2 areas.
2. High-Pressure Pilot Operation: Efficiently handles demanding line pressures up to 16 Bar with minimal power consumption. Requires a minimum differential pressure of 0.3 Bar to actuate the main diaphragm.
3. Brass or SS Material Options: Available in natural non-sparking Heavy-Duty Brass for gas/air, or premium Stainless Steel for handling highly corrosive fluids in petrochemical processing.
4. Global Thread & Voltage Standards: Readily adaptable to existing pipelines with standard G, BSPP, or NPT threads (DN15-DN50), and compatible with universal AC/DC 12V, 24V, 110V, and 220V inputs.
5. Bubble-Tight Safety Seal: Precision-engineered elastomer diaphragm provides positive shut-off and prevents fugitive emissions, ensuring operational safety in sensitive oil and gas applications.
