DELCO's Electric Actuator is an angular stroke device designed for automated valve control. It offers ON/OFF, Regulation, and Intelligent control modes. The actuator features a hard aluminum alloy body with hard anodic oxidation and Polyester powder coating, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and IP65 protection. Its turbo-worm structure guarantees high torque output and reliable self-lock functionality.

✅ Versatile Control Modes for Automation: Available in ON/OFF, Regulation, and Intelligent types, supporting multiple control signals (DC 4-20mA, DC 0-10V, DC 1-5V). It also supports field bus protocols like MODBUS and PROFIBUS for remote switch or regulation control.
✅ Robust, Corrosion-Proof Enclosure: The body is constructed from hard aluminum alloy , treated with hard anodic oxidation and coated with Polyester powder, providing superior corrosion resistance and a standard waterproof protection class of IP65 or even higher.
✅ High-Efficiency Self-Locking Drive Mechanism: Features an accurate turbo-worm structure, ensuring large torque output with high efficiency and minimal noise (Max. 50 decibels). The drive part is stable, reliable, and includes an integral self-lock function to prevent reverse rotation.
✅ Overheat-Protected, High-Torque Motor: Utilizes a fully enclosed cage-type motor that is small in size but large in torque. The motor has F-grade insulation , effectively preventing overheating and ensuring a long service life.
✅ Reliable Manual Override and Indicator: Equipped with an energy-saving and reliable small handle for manual operation when electricity is off. The outside mirror design indicator, assembled on the center axis, facilitates position observation and prevents water accumulation.
