Designed for heavy-duty baghouses, the DMF-Y submerged valve is installed directly into the air reservoir, practically eliminating flow resistance to deliver the maximum volume of compressed air for cleaning extra-long filter bags.
1. Zero-Resistance Submerged Installation: Embedded directly into the compressed air header box, offering the highest flow rate (Cv value) among all pulse valve types.
2. Large Bore Capacity (40-102S): Scaled for heavy industrial applications, supporting large sizes up to 102S (4") for massive steel plants, cement silos, and power generation.
3. Maximum Cleaning Force: Translates 0.3-8 Bar system pressure into an instantaneous sonic shockwave, effectively penetrating lengths of over 6-meter filter bags.
4. Long-Life Dual Diaphragm (0-100℃): Engineered with robust primary and secondary diaphragms to withstand the brutal mechanical forces of high-volume air blasts.
5. Heavy-Duty Aluminum Body: Corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminum construction ensures structural integrity inside high-pressure air manifolds.
