The DELCO Electric 3-Way Control Valve is engineered for precise fluid mixing or diverting in heat exchange and HVAC systems. It features a compact Smart Electric Actuator with an LCD display, allowing for local status monitoring and easy calibration without special tools. Available in Mixing (two-in, one-out) or Diverting (one-in, two-out) configurations, this valve supports 4-20mA/0-10V modulation. Sizes range from DN15 to DN600, with WCB or Stainless Steel bodies compliant with ANSI/DIN/JIS standards.

✅Smart Digital Actuator with LCD Display
The actuator features a high-visibility OLED/LCD screen and local push-buttons. This allows operators to view valve position (0-100%), error codes, and control signals directly on-site. It supports auto-calibration and is rated IP65/IP67 for protection against dust and moisture.
✅Versatile Mixing & Diverting Modes
Depending on your pipeline layout, the valve can be configured for Mixing Service (blending two fluids into one) or Diverting Service (splitting one flow into two). This eliminates the need for two separate 2-way valves, saving installation space and cost.
✅Precise Modulating Control (4-20mA)
Driven by a high-torque linear motor, the valve responds accurately to standard 4-20mA or 0-10V DC control signals. This ensures stable temperature or pressure control in dynamic loops, such as boiler feed water or cooling towers.
✅Robust Body Construction
The flow-optimized globe body minimizes pressure drop. Available in Cast Steel (WCB) for standard thermal applications or Stainless Steel (304/316) for corrosive media. The trim is hardened to resist erosion from high-velocity mixing.
✅Global Flange Compatibility
Engineered for international retrofit and new projects, the connection flanges are machined to meet ANSI 150/300, DIN PN16/25/40, and JIS 10K/20K standards, ensuring seamless integration into existing pipework.
