The DELCO DK62-Z-Z Series is a heavy-duty Electric Gate Valve designed for reliable on/off isolation in large-scale industrial pipelines. Powered by an Intelligent Multi-Turn Electric Actuator with an LCD display, it manages the lifting of the wedge gate for full-flow capacity with minimal pressure drop. Available in DN15–DN1200 with WCB or Stainless Steel bodies, it ensures tight shutoff for water, oil, gas, and steam lines complying with ANSI/DIN/JIS standards.

✅Intelligent Multi-Turn Actuation
Features a smart electric actuator with a high-visibility LCD screen and local control knobs. It supports "Non-Intrusive" setup (infrared or local setting without opening the cover), providing real-time valve position feedback (0-100%) and fault diagnostics.
✅Full Bore Low-Resistance Flow
Unlike globe valves, the gate valve lifts the wedge completely out of the flow path when open. This Full Bore design results in near-zero pressure drop and allows for the passage of cleaning pigs, making it ideal for main transmission lines.
✅Powerful Torque for Large Sizes
Gate valves require significant torque and multiple turns to operate, especially in large diameters. The Z-type multi-turn actuator delivers high torque output to reliably seat and unseat the wedge against high differential pressures, covering sizes up to DN1200.
✅Flexible Wedge for Tight Sealing
The valve employs a flexible or solid wedge design that adjusts to slight body deformations caused by pipe stress or thermal expansion. Combined with precision-machined seats, it ensures a tight, reliable shutoff (Class IV or V) in both flow directions.
✅Emergency Manual Operation
Operational safety is guaranteed by a top-mounted Manual Handwheel. In case of power failure, the clutch mechanism allows operators to engage manual mode and rotate the handwheel to open or close the valve, ensuring system safety.
