The DELCO AW67-FB combines a large-diameter Wafer Butterfly Valve (DN40–DN1200) with our heavy-duty AW Series Pneumatic Actuator. Designed for high-flow HVAC, water treatment, and industrial lines, this valve delivers high output torque for stable operation. Available in Cast Iron, WCB, or Stainless Steel, fitting universal ANSI 150 / DIN PN10/16 / JIS flange standards.

Technical Features
Engineered for high-flow industrial pipelines, the AW67-FB combines the space-saving efficiency of a wafer design with the high-torque power of DELCO’s AW actuators to ensure reliable operation in large diameters.
High-Torque AW Actuator (Fork Design)：Uses a heavy-duty Scotch Yoke mechanism to provide significantly higher torque than standard actuators, ensuring smooth opening for large valves (up to DN1200).
Compact Wafer Style Body：The concentric wafer design is lightweight and space-saving, installing directly between flanges to reduce bolt usage and pipeline stress.
Universal Flange Alignment;Multi-standard alignment holes allow one valve to fit ANSI 150LB, DIN PN10/16, JIS 5K/10K, and GB flanges, simplifying inventory.
Versatile Material Options:Bodies available in Cast Iron (GG25) for water/air, WCB for high pressure, and SS304/316 for corrosive media.
Reliable Zero Leakage:Equipped with replaceable resilient seats (EPDM, NBR, PTFE) and tested strictly to API 598 to guarantee bubble-tight shutoff.
