The P41X/P42X Quick Automatic Air Release Valve is a crucial component for industrial water pipeline systems. It features a dual-function design: Rapid Exhaust to efficiently purge large volumes of accumulated air during pipe filling or high-flow operation, and Vacuum Protection (Quick Suction). When negative pressure occurs in the line (P ej.., during pump shutdown or pipe drainage), the valve instantly inhales air, preventing pipeline collapse, rupture, or deformation, thereby enhancing the overall efficiency and safety of water delivery equipment.
Funciones
A high-efficiency, dual-action air valve that automatically and rapidly exhausts accumulated air to boost water delivery efficiency while instantly inhaling air to prevent pipeline collapse from vacuum pressure.
✅Rapid Air Exhaust during Filling: Strategically installed at pump outlets or high points, the valve quickly eliminates large amounts of gas collected in the pipeline, preventing air pockets that cause flow resistance, pressure fluctuation, and energy waste.
